This report presents a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment of the contribution of Rwanda’s Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to national development during the implementation of the National Strategy for Transformation (NST1) (2017–2024). Prepared for the Rwanda Civil Society Platform (RCSP), the report documents the scale, diversity, and impact of civil society interventions across the pillars of Economic Transformation, Social Transformation, and Transformational Governance, while generating strategic evidence to support the implementation of NST2 (2025–2029) and the realization of Vision 2050.
